Bison Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • (1 Pound) Bison Ground
  • (1/2 Pound) Bacon
  • (1 Bun per Burger) Pretzel Bun
  • (As Needed) Lettuce
  • (As Needed) Tomato
  • (1/2 Medium Onion) Fried Onions
  • (To Your Liking) Cheese
  • (1 Can) Beer Of Choice
  • (3 Tbsp) Olive Oil

Directions

Pour beer in frying pan, add sliced onions, and butter. Heat until desired state, our preference is well browned. Remove onions and add formed patties to hot pan to establish a sear on both sides. Turn the heat down and flip the burger 2 more times adding cheese slice. Remove the burgers when cheese is melted. Total cook time is about 6 minutes. Lightly butter the pretzel bun and set in hot pan. Cook bacon separately to your liking. My preference is the microwave for 3.5 minutes. Combine all ingredients on the pretzel bun and your sandwich is complete.
